One Gardener Growing Good Rows

Have you ever wondered just how much impact one gardener can make in a single growing season?

Meet the incredible Roxy Consoer, a passionate community gardener with a heart as big as her harvest! Roxy grows an impressive variety of vegetables, herbs, fruits, and flowers, which she lovingly donates to food shelves and non-profit organizations across the Twin Cities.

Her belief? That everyone deserves access to beautiful, delicious, nutrient-packed, locally grown food!

This season alone, Roxy made over 30 deliveries, contributing more than 838 pounds of fresh produce to those in need. And guess what? She’s not done yet! There are still beets and carrots thriving in her garden, waiting to be harvested!

A huge thank you to Roxy for your generosity, green thumb, and tireless dedication to growing for your community, one row at a time. 🌱✨
